Di FSH3, yang mengandung silika
penambahan asap, tidak ada degradasi berlebihan dari serat
tubuh dan mikroanalisis menunjukkan isi silika (Si) lebih tinggi
daripada yang terdeteksi pada serat sampel FSH2. Di FCA2
dan sampel FCA3, yang dilestarikan pada udara ambien,
analisis energi dispersif X-ray (EDX) menunjukkan isi silika (Si)
lebih tinggi dari yang terdeteksi pada serat sampel
disimpan di ruang lembab.

Ini menunjukkan bahwa konservasi
lingkungan di udara ambien, dari serat kaca tahan alkali
digunakan dalam matriks semen, tidak mendukung degradasi
struktur kaca.

4. Kesimpulan

Makalah ini telah menyajikan hasil eksperimen penelitian
pada ketahanan serat kaca tahan alkali yang diperkuat
mortar semen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, berikut ini
kesimpulan bisa ditarik:

Jika degradasi tampaknya tak terelakkan, mereka berkurang
penggunaan fly ash yang mengandung semen (CEM II / B-V). Itu juga
menunjukkan bahwa aditif asap silika mengurangi fenomena serangan serat
karena efek pozzolan yang mengubah portlandite
menjadi C-S-H dan mengurangi porositas. Namun, menggunakan
semen alkalinitas rendah mengurangi jumlah portlandite

(Ca (OH) 2

) ke dalam matriks, yang menghasilkan pemiskinan
produksi ion hidroksil, sehingga menurunkan pH pori
solusi dan akibatnya lingkungan bisa habis
(kurang dasar). Di sisi lain, ion Ca ++ yang bisa digabungkan
dengan silica fume untuk membentuk kalsium silikat terhidrasi yang baru
dikurangi.

Selain itu, masuknya tambahan mineral
seperti asap silika memiliki efek reaksi yang lambat dengan kalsium
hidroksida (efek pozzolanik), sedangkan kinetika degradasi
serat kaca terjadi sebelumnya.

Di bawah lingkungan kering atau kelembaban rendah, seperti di dalam ruangan biasa
membangun (kasus di udara ambien), serat tahan alkali menjalani
modifikasi permukaan yang terlihat seperti bintik-bintik disebarluaskan. Ini
degradasi tidak menimbulkan keraguan pada stabilitas struktur
semen yang diperkuat serat kaca.

Sebaliknya, penggunaan bahan semacam itu di lingkungan yang lembab
(di ruang lembab) harus dihindari. Stabilitas dari
struktur akan terancam terlepas dari perawatan serat
dan penggunaan asap silika dalam matriks semen.
